Shipping and returns policy

1. Shipping Policy

At Tonilo Shop, we do our best to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely.

  • Processing Times: All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Estimated Delivery Times: Average delivery times range from 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination and the efficiency of local shipping providers.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at the Checkout page before you complete your payment.

  • Customs and Taxes: Any duties, customs fees, or import taxes applied in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

2. Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Items can be returned within 14 days from the date you received your package.

  • The product must be in its original condition, in its original packaging, unused, unwashed, and unaltered.

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, unless the product arrived damaged or a wrong item was sent by the store.

3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

  • Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@tonilo-shop.com with a photo of the item and your order details, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled as long as they have not yet been shipped. If the package is already on its way, you will need to wait to receive it and follow the standard return process.
