Shipping and returns policy

1. Shipping Policy

We at Nues Shop make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you quickly and safely.

  • Processing Times: All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.

  • Estimated Delivery Times: Average delivery times range between 7 and 21 business days, depending on the destination country and the efficiency of local postal/delivery services.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated and clearly displayed at the checkout page before completing your purchase.

  • Customs and Taxes: Any customs duties, local taxes, import fees, or handling charges applied in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

2. Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return under the following conditions:

  • Items can be returned within 14 days from the date you received your package.

  • The product must be in its original condition, in its original packaging, unwashed, unaltered, and with no signs of use.

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, unless the product arrived damaged or an incorrect item was shipped by the store.

3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and undergoes a quality check, we will send you an email confirming its receipt.

  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

  • Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@nues-shop.com with a photo of the item and your order details, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled as long as they have not yet been shipped. If the package is already on its way to you, you will need to wait to receive it and then follow the standard return process.
